CIP Cleaning System

CIP technology enables plant operators to significantly reduce costs while complying with regulatory safety standards. Furthermore, it can raise efficiency by up to 20% while providing a better ability to monitor activity throughout the various stages of cleaning cycles. CIP technology includes: integration of double seat valves with position detector; recording of cycles with data archiving; remote control of all plant parameters; independent management of each circuit to be cleaned with only one cleaning station.

Ozonator

Technology using three contact towers to filter and ozonate natural water. It also includes: input and output flow calculation instrumentation; cartridge filters; transfer panel system for automated flow management.

Air Conditioner / Dehumidifier

Innovative technology incorporating three independent aspects: filtration, ventilation, and heating. It includes the ability to provide heated air at 170oC with option of two output flows: 2600 and 6000 cfm and access doors for cleaning and maintenance to each of the chambers of the conditioner. Each section can be cleaned with water or steam and drained independently. The ventilator's motor is installed outside of the air circulation chamber in order to eliminate any risk of contamination from engine wear. Flexible seals were also installed at entry and exit points so as to soundproof the ventilator.
